The Don’t Look Inside Mug isn’t sacred. It’s not a joke. It’s something left behind — scratched, smeared, and still warm. One side bears a bloodied handprint. The other: frantic scratch marks in uneven clusters, like someone trying to say something without words. The message? Carved right into the ceramic:
“Don’t look inside.”
It’s not a warning. It’s a memory you weren’t meant to hold.

Most orders are crafted and shipped within 2–5 business days. Every item is made to order and conjured just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or a sudden change of heart (even if it was haunted).
But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or mysteriously incorrect, we will make it right—replacement or refund, your choice. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Our designs are heat-set and fade-resistant. The mark stays.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet. For now, we only ship within the US — but the reach of the Hollow is growing. Subscribe to the Inner Circle to be the first to know when our borders expand.
Can I return or exchange it?
Each item is made to order — summoned just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or a sudden change of heart (even if it came with a chill).
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or oddly not what you ordered, we’ll open the rift and make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund — your call.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship out within 2–5 days after they’re conjured. Once in transit, delivery time depends on your location and the whims of the mortal postal system. You'll receive tracking when your relic is on the move.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the summoning begins, we can’t guarantee changes — but reach out as soon as possible. If we catch it before it’s printed, we’ll do what we can to halt the ritual.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Sometimes packages slip into strange places before finding their way home. If it's been more than a week with no update, contact us and we'll assist in locating your wandering parcel.
