❓ Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet. For now, we only ship within the U.S. — but the reach of the Hollow is growing. Subscribe to the Inner Circle to be the first to know when our borders expand.

❓ How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made to order. Processing usually takes 2–5 days, then it ships via standard mail. Once it leaves our hands, the timing depends on your location (and any strange occurrences along the way).

❓ What’s your return policy?

Each item is made to order — summoned just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or a sudden change of heart (even if it came with a chill).

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or oddly not what you ordered, we’ll open the rift and make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund — your call.

❓ Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the ritual has begun (aka, your item is in production), changes are unlikely. But reach out right away — if we catch it in time, we’ll try to halt the summoning.

❓ What size tee should I get?

We use Comfort Colors unisex tees — soft, garment-dyed, and slightly relaxed. For a looser fit, size up. When in doubt, consult our sizing chart or commune with the wardrobe spirits.

❓ What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

Sometimes packages slip through the cracks in reality. Give it a few days. If it’s been over a week without movement, reach out — we’ll help you trace its steps.

❓ Are your designs screen printed or DTG?

All of our pieces are printed using high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) methods. The ink bonds directly into the fabric, leaving a mark that won’t crack or peel — just like a proper sigil.
